Back to UPPSC Interview / Personality Test
The Interview/Personality Test is the final stage of the UPPSC examination process. It evaluates a candidate's personality traits, communication skills, decision-making ability, leadership qualities, ethical values, and awareness of current affairs. The board assesses whether a candidate possesses the temperament and aptitude required for public administration and governance.
